2.2 Organisation of the Document

This standard comprises nine clauses. Clauses 1-4 provide the scope, abbreviations and core definitions used in this standard. Clause 5 then defines the choreography for sending sales/usage reports created in accordance with this standard before Clause 6 looks at the overall structure of a Flat File Sales Reporting Message as well as defining technical details such as delimiters.

Clause 7 then provides information on how to communicate sales/usage reports for different Profiles in accordance with this standard. Finally, Clause 8 defines how to transmit a Flat File Sales Reporting Message using SFTP.
