8.2 Sample File Names (informative)

A licensee with a DPID, PA-DPIDA-2014122301-Q is sending a single-file Sales/Usage Report to a licensor with a DPID, PA-DPIDA-2015010702-O relating to a download service for the first quarter of 2015 in Germany. The Sales/Usage Report is sent on 15th April 2015 at two minutes after 10am. In these circumstances the file would be named as follows::

DSR_PADPIDA2015010702O_PADPIDA2014122301Q_Download_ 2015-Q1_DE__20150415T100200.tsv

The two underscore characters between the territory code and the time stamp are there because this is a single file not a Sales/Usage Report split into a number of files, so no data about the number of files is required.

The second example file name is for a single-file Sales/Usage Report sent from Apple iTunes to SACEM for a download in France covering the period from 15th January to 15th February 2015. This would be represented as follows:

DSR_SACEM_Apple_Download_2015-01-15--2015-02-15_FR__20150415T100200.tsv
